Montemor-o-Novo, September 7, 2025 – The Municipal Exhibition Park hosts another edition of the traditional Feira da Luz / Expomor, one of the largest events in Alentejo, which runs until September 8.
The event, dedicated to the rural and agricultural sector, brings together producers and visitors in a space that values the land, the countryside and agricultural activity.
The president of the Intermunicipal Community of Central Alentejo (CIMAC) was present and addressed a few words to the Alentrium.pt, underlining the importance of the event for the recognition of the region:
“The Feira da Luz represents a tribute to the countryside, to farmers and to the work of the land. It is an initiative that fills us with pride and reinforces the prestige of the Alentejo.”
The official also highlighted the institutional collaboration that sustains the fair:
“I would like to greet the Mayor and the partner Association, which, together with the municipality, guarantee the success of this event. This September edition reflects a consistent increase in quality, and CIMAC remains committed to its evolution, helping to make the sector even fairer.”
